DDP Yoga Performance Center 5

An All-Encompassing Workout For Everyone

If you could train like an MMA fighter, sweat like an NFL player, grind like an Olympic champion and stretch like a world-renowned yoga trainer, would you opt in? Diamond Dallas Page put his imagination to the test and produced one of the most successful workout programs in the world: DDP Yoga, a workout that’s suitable for all of the above plus those who have never stepped half a foot into a local gym and would never even glance at a treadmill—if only!

What may seem like a simple relaxation theory is now the next generation of workouts that allow anyone from top-notch athletes to local seniors to everyone in between to accelerate their workouts and train like never before. DDP Yoga combines the benefits of yoga, traditional fitness, sports therapy and dynamic resistance all into one in-home or in-studio workout. What started as a rehab therapy for Dallas has transformed into a program that’s suitable for weight loss, cardio, healthy lifestyles, sports rehab and much more.

Dallas saw drastic results at a rapid pace and set the tone for DDP Yoga, which has transformed into a local performance center located at 1239 Concord Road SE in Smyrna. You’ll never have to pick up or purchase a weight, but you’ll still feel the same resistance and slow burn that you’re longing for. Sold!

“You can actually do this entire workout in a chair,” Director of Certification Haydn Walden says. “We have customers from all over the board joining, and any ability can do it. It’s great for anyone younger looking for prevention rather than a cure, and it’s right for seniors looking to regain that strength and flexibility again.”

With a high cardio workout mixed with minimal joint impact plus appropriate core strength, DDP Yoga is simply all-encompassing. The workout schedule in Smyrna accommodates those with hefty schedules or those who have more flexibility in their lifestyle. Classes are held at 9 a.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 9 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. At the DDP Yoga Performance Center, first classes are always free!

DDP Yoga workouts are also available on video and the DDP YOGA NOW app on the Google Play store and App Store.
