Hugh is more than a culinary partner—he is the culinary director at The Punch Bowl. He’s the chef/owner of 5 & 10 and The National located in Athens, Georgia, as well as Empire State South, Spiller Park Coffee and Achie’s in Atlanta. He is also the founder of Seed Life Skills, a living, multimedia curriculum built to serve the needs of the modern family and consumer sciences—founded as home economics—classroom, emphasizing retainable real-life skills with topics including hands-on culinary instruction, conscious consumer economics and DIY design principles.
The Holiday Lodge Room is the perfect hangout for guys wanting to lounge about, watch sports and chew the fat with a colleague or catch up with an old college mate. This masculine room, adorned with tall back black chairs and sofas is accompanied by a pool table and can be reserved for private parties.
The Knockoff Burger is just one of the hearty dishes served at The Punch Bowl. This is no ordinary crafted burger. It features two grass-fed, hormone-free beef patties; American cheese; comeback sauce; pickled onion; shredded lettuce; and a sesame seed bun.
